The news casters were laughing hard too. I think he was scared to unhook his belt because they might shoot him. I think the Police were ready to shoot his ass thats why they didnt bother moving forward seeing he was stuck they were waiting for him to try to go for his belt buckle and they would all unleash bullets on him knowing full well he was stuck. They wanted to kill him so bad

they could see he was stuck and hand his arms forward they could just go and yank him out.

LA chases are my jam. However this one was disappointing, all it took was Nonsense and his pickup to end it.
