Are they the Oikos Pro ones? The Vanilla is really fuking good. Basically tastes like Vanilla Ice cream.

0% fat greek yogurt has 12 grams of protein for 60 calories.
it's by far the best source of protein on earth. it's also great for your gut.

I can't remember the name but there's a milk in most grocery stores with extra protein and less sugar.
I started buying Kodiak pancake mix. 15 grams of protein per serving instead of 1-2.

I wish I liked yogurt. I've tried so many different brands and flavors and I just don't like that taste it has.
