Well suppose she's right, at least by NY standards. NY, Mass, Chicago etc places have all declared themselves (by their own choice) as sanctuary territories that would accept and process them as "legals". As long as they hold firm on their sanctuary status, TX and FL just can keep bussing them and say nothing more.

They’re legal because the government changed the definition of what legal means.

You cross the border, get picked up by ICE, processed at a station, given an appearance ticket or court date (usually 2+ years out), then Uncle Sam buys you a bus ticket to any city of your choice.

That’s how migrants get here. There is no more deportation. There is no enforcement of national sovereignty.
