Test makes you retain water. Water shows as lean mass on dexa scan or any other body fat test. Its a bs study... just saying

You could get similar results with other medications that cause you to retain water that aren't anabolic. Like Prednisone which is a cortisol steroid or even lithium which is a salt used for mood disorders

Muscles are like 80% water anyway, so what's the difference? Muscle size still increased. And not just that, strength increased:

Well yeah... adding 20 pounds of water will give an untrained lifter better leverages to do a chitty lift. Good to know, will take lithium for the gains.

That's probably true for most people. Response to gear is a bell curve. 10-15% is probably expected for most people. But some people are outliers and get 30+ %. Most people on gear look like chit but guys at the Olympia are getting way more than 10%.

my mind is blown that so many people think elite athletes are clean or that they can tell by looking if their athletes are on PEDs.

also get real annoyed everytime sports fans act like some athlete just drop kicked a baby when one test positive, like that is only the one that got caught everyone else is already doing it so its a level playing field

Completely depends on dosages. It's like saying how long is a piece of rope.

But the reality is most standard doses makes a MASSIVE difference in both physical and mental (e.g. motivation). Makes it wayyyy easier. Cheat mode.

I have several friends who were honest directly told me this.

It does. Especially the first blast or 2. You literally get stronger every time you are in the gym. But eventually it does plateau. Instead of putting on 20 pounds on your lifts each month if becomes like 5 pounds a month. Still crazy but not infinite gains.

Obviously it works. But I don't buy you can just take test without lifting and put on 20 pounds of muscle. Its 20 pounds of water and as soon as it clears your system, you are gonna be back to the exact same weight and strength levels. Maybe even a little worse off because you are gonna be suppressed for nothing lol

Notice how the internet and media are so anti men yet pro test.

Its almost like they have some sort of agenda.
"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

You think the animals they pump full of hormones are lifting weights? No theyโ€™re not but theyโ€™re still gaining muscle. Makes sense tbh. Not sure if taking that much mg is wise tho if youโ€™re not sure of the sides. Thatโ€™s why people start off smaller.

Before he was outted, nobody ever looked at Lance Armstrong's physique and was like, yeah, he's definitely on gear.

Wasn't it also discovered that most of the people he competed against were on stuff as well?

If you're not cheating you're not trying.

I don't care what goal you are talking about....

the gym, finances, life situation advancement, etc.

Hard work and dedication are tools that can help you achieve goals, however they are not necessary to achieve goals as many people do without an application of them. Additionally, having them and displaying them on a regular basis does not provide any relevant guarantee that the goals will be achieved.

Luck is much more important.

In this case, the luck to have access to the supplements, etc.

When was the last time your mother slapped you for being a pretentious kunt?

I bet the doctor slapped you twice because he could already tell.

Suggesting luck is required for achievement is exactly the opposite of pretentious.

Thread is about me now.
