Well I've been on the anti-anxiety and anti-depressants for mostly 5 years, although some have been for 20 years.

The Ozempic and phen weight loss meds were just added recently because the psych meds caused a 50 lb weight gain.

I have a severe anxiety disorder. The weight gain happened because of my medication making me hungry and sleepy.

OMAD makes me blood sugar drop so that doesn't work for me. I do IF and skip breakfast.

We haven't had sex in 17 years. Who would stay celibate during that length of time? Tell me one person--other than a priest or nun. Plus our daughter said she didn't want us to get divorced and be shuffled back and forth like other kids in her class. I moved out 3 times but always came back to the house. Keep in mind that is an Episcopalian church, so it's really liberal.

I mean both situations suck--divorce and staying together for the kids. I've noticed that many couples are getting divorced now that the kids are off to college. I'm sure they also had sexless marriages.

I actually go to a top medical group and have great health insurance from my husband. His insurance is one reason why we are still married. I pay $20-30 copays for the doctors and $0 on my meds.

You got removed from my ignore list from posting that old ass pic of me that's like my worst pic ever. I mean we all have bad pics but dude, I will keep posting the newer, better one where I'm wearing the same top.

I haven't been to a doctor in over 17 yrs. No need for it and If anything crazy ever happens I'll hit up the ER or urgent care if I feel the need...

I can't talk about meds because I don't take. Hell most people on meds don't even need them but not my say.

Weight loss pills are junk though so throw them in the trash...
