I mean, the NFL has been obsessing over breast cancer for like 25 years already at this point. Wearing alternate special pink attire for a quarter of the games that would generally result in hefty player fines otherwise, the constant obsessively "bringing awareness" to it, and so forth. And that's never going to stop or slow down, because they wouldn't want to deal with the backlash from it.

I had this conversation with my friend last night that perhaps since he dated a porn star that she's too classy for him.

We wonder if that was just a beard and that Jimmy G is gay because that's the only female he's been with publicly for the past 4-5 years.1. If I was rich and famous I'd take Tom Brady in a heartbeat. He was raised in my area with traditional Catholic values and everyone says he's kind to everyone, including the janitors. I've heard good things from his coaches here. Can you imagine a Brady-Swift romance? That would give her way more publicity.

4. There aren't many good threads on the Misc, it's dying, and ones about sports celebrities seem to garnish the most attention and responses. I'm mostly interested in NFL celebrities as I don't want many TV shows or movies. I don't know most of the people on TMZ. I'm a huge Niners fan, if that isn't painfully obvious, to the point where I put my hands over my eyes at times during the games and just went and sat almost on the field. Why should I care so much about football?

I feel like the players are part of the family. One shops at the grocery store in my neighborhood. Another former Niner's kids went to my daughter's school. Plus I was an athlete so I am awe of their athleticism. CMC was on fire yesterday.

Vaccines aren't the problem, mandates are. No one should be forced to get it if they don't want to, but Kelce isn't advocating for mandates, he's advocating for voluntary vaccination. Getting triggered over people encouraging vaccines is like the leftists who freak out over anti-abortion ads encouraging adoption over abortion. Choosing adoption isn't a problem, banning access to abortion would be. If people choose adoption instead, so what? Just like vaccines, as long as the choice to do what you want isn't taken away, it's fine.

It's marketing dude, NFL in the grand scheme of things could care less about breast cancer. It "looks good" and it appeases women to hopefully get a broader audience. Also softens the product appealing to women and betas who aren't into sports, probably think football is barbaric. No different than all of these football broadcasts now where comedians are doing live feeds of the games. No one who is a real football fan is watching that. Plus now that they have been doing it for this long they can't stop because some pheggort will start tweeting about it looking to stir things up.

Ask yourself why NFL doesn't have prostate cancer awareness or push anything for men. It is female driven now plain and simple.

Look at the halftime shows now. You will never see a band like Metallica now, it's going to be pop or black driven rap.

Are you fooking dense? The NFL wants the additional revenue associated with crossing over Taylor Swift fans to the NFL.

If prostate cancer awareness month was during the regular season, they sure as damn would take the opportunity to sell blue jerseys the same way they sell pink jerseys and other pink-themed gear.
