What unexpected lift do you get attention for in the gym?
For me its weighted back extentions. Most people in the gym holds a plate in front of their torso with their arms and do some reps. I usually take a barbell on my neck with like 80-100lb and rep it out, and for a while people were looking at me like I was some freak monster and I thought they just hadn't seen anyone take a bar on their neck, but over time I've had multiple people talking about how I'm doing "crazy weight" on back extentions. Meanwhile repping 315lb beltless nobody bats an eye, which in my opinion is the more impressive lift.
You got a lift you're either legit freak strong in or people just think you are for some reason?

390 back squat
285 bench press
500 deadlift (I don't DL anymore)

This is a great posterior chain movement and 135 is no joke.

I also always felt like when I'm doing back extentions, my back just feels healthy af in day to day life. Like injury proneness disappears entirely. Idk if its really hypertrophying my back tho, feel it mostly in the hams in terms of noticeable growth.Impressive. Very nice.

The hack squat machine calf raises.
Reverse the position that you do hacks squats, and load up 10 plates a side and do slow controlled reps.
Usually, 10 per set but when upset and angry, i got 18 once.
