Why is Michael Jackson so famous? There's nothing special about him.

Before you say his music I think his music sucks ass. What people do or don't like is all a matter of opinion. The reality is you may say Taylor Swift is an average musician but the hoards of fans supporting her work and enjoy listening to it paints a different story.


This is like asking why Jeff Bezos is popular/rich. All he did was start a company billions of people find useful.... durrr what's so special about him durrrr. Same thing with Taylor Swift. She created something that hundreds of millions of people find value from. You not finding value in it doesn't mean sh*t. She clearly has something to offer or she wouldn't be as popular and successful as you mention.


Not sure why this is such a hard concept for miscers to understand. Your value is literally what you bring to the rest of the world. And way more people like her music regardless whether you think it's trash or not

She’s talented, has an actual voice, is the pinnacle of woman (white, tall, thin, blue eyes, blond), isn’t a piece of chit like other celebs. If she was it would have already leaked since she’s been famous forever now.

Remove the celebrity, the fame, and the wealth from her and she’s still gonna do well in life because of her physical traits. She wouldn’t look at OP even if she was just a reglar person.

Same goes for the Kelce hate. Dude is a two time Super Bowl champion, he’s tall, he’s white, has elite athleticism and is masculine. Even without the fame he’s a chad.

I agree with what most of you are saying on here about this/her but this one I just don't really agree with BECAUSE ...


I live 30 minutes away from where she grew up (in Wyomissing, PA). People still drive slow, stop at her childhood home and it's very modest. She had an incredible voice at a young age and ended up singing the National Anthem something like 38 times at the Reading Phillies before she was 12 years old. Her parents realized her talent, decided to move to Tennessee to let her live out her dream and see how far her talent could take her.


And she made it. I don't think that's a silver spoon in her mouth type of thing. That's a take a risk and they won the reward.

If Taylor Swift hadn't been born into a life of luxury and planted by the pop music industry, you wouldn't know who she was, and these threads wouldn't exist because nobody else would either.
