The real "do less" method is work harder in the first 5 years of your real career, then coast. Lower income jobs are usually harder and have longer hours, to be honest.

I do an online side hustle for some extra cash, its off the books and its not much at all. But helps so my income isnt literally zero.

I live alone

Hobbies include video games, pickleball, climbing, running/biking/walking, reading.
