IF you buy a gun legally , they have to run your information with the FBI & ATF, background check


Then once it comes back that you are not a criminal with a conviction you usually have to wait 3 days from when you purchase the gun . if you are a CCW holder ( here in FL ) you can take delivery the same day


No you can't bypass this process at gun shows, they are the exact same way at gun shows


When a criminal obtains a gun they usually buy it stolen or steal it themselves bypassing all laws on the books regarding guns


England banned guns but now they have machete & knife killings, should we ban steak knives too?
