Dr has diagnosed me with

Thickening of the heart and my blood pressure stays at stroke level.my bottom number stays on the 3 digits.

Time to stop smoking.

I've got to.make ot another 20 years for my son guys.

I've always been into health and fitness. Jogged 3 miles a night 5 nights a week from the age of 16-33. Now my heart is phucked. Up.

Not scared of dying but scared to not get to see my boy grow up and know he is equipped with the knowledge and morals and ethics he's going to need to mot just be a success but be a good man who is a success.. one doesn't mean much without the other.

Yeah its very real. Doc told.me it was a section kf my heart that has thickened.

I'm on borrowed time chaps. .no. my weight is good for my height. I'm 5'7. Weigh 155 160.

A cardiologist told me my heart was "a little thick" and looked concerned but didnt elaborate. Can't you just get a transplant worst case scenario

At 5’7”, I wouldn’t think your heart would have to pump blood hard enough to get high blood pressure in that tiny body.

My mom died at 49 from lung cancer. Smoked since she was 13. Otherwise, she was thin and in perfect health based on blood markers. No one would have known. Sucks.

I’d certainly lose the smoking . Jogging is a big no though , unless you’re not vaxxed .
You may end up scarring your heart if you overdue cardio , so instead of running I’d just walk the same distance
