Go grab a piece of metal, ground the negative terminal of your battery to it & metal in the engine bay

He's skinny but he's also mentioned numerous times on his channel he's very into fitness and health as well.

Got to see a 6600V 3 phase contactor let go once. 6000hp 6600V motor running at synchronous speed (1800 rpm I think) when a breaker closed putting it across the line in reverse. Flames shot several feet out both sides of the trailer and the bottom got blown out of it. Was already dark, so we got the full visual effect.

Best part was the owner of the company caused it by getting impatient and pressuring the guys to skip a step and rush that part of the test.
