Incredibly slow and boring process that is completely dictated by true progressive overload. Also you cannot "beat" genetics naturally, meaning if you have "weak" or "lagging" muscles, they will always look relatively weak, unless if you train nothing else.

Sloots generally don't care for the gorilla bodybuilder look so pointless to do it for sloots.

If you're "training for yourself" (lol) then your muscles will look big to normies as long as you progressively overload on your upper body lifts.

Either way, no need for juice. That's exactly why I find it to be hilarious when roidcels trash talk natty physiques. It just screams insecurity when natties are completely indifferent to the criticism because no one outside of the gym agrees.

Actual body builders look like freaks and turn heads for the wrong reasons. Fr. That’s before considering all that disgusting acne. Tbh I don’t even understand how women can stand cuddling with a guy whose back feels like a WW1 battlefield.

Don’t need to be big to have a sexy sculpted body

What do you consider big though? Almost everywhere I went people called me big even when I was 205-210lbs all the way to 230lbs.

It's definitely not a waste of time. It just takes time and effort, and most natties won't ever actually push themselves to do it.

I don't even care about that anymore anyways. I stay fit and active and maintain my athleticism at this point and feel 100% better even if I'm smaller and weaker.
