Was thinking the same. Texas lost to OU because of turnovers and not having Sanders. He's a big time target and Ewers badly missed him.

Looks like Sat we'll figure out who wins the Big Ten West. However, Coach Fickell and Longo wouldn't reveal any of the new playbook until the night of the 28th. So until then, win ugly.

Iowa (who was already allergic to offense) was without their starting quarterback, and lost their best receiving threat (All) in the first quarter too. The West, as usual, just sucks.

I really hope both Fickell and Rhule can get Wisconsin and Nebraska to be really good, competitive teams though. With them, the 3 in the East, and the PAC12 additions it seriously would make for great games almost every weekend in the conference.

IDK, not long ago ('09-'11) with Paul Chryst as Offensive Coordinator Wisconsin led the Big Ten Conference in scoring for 3 straight years and then capped it off with rolling out 70 in the Big Ten Championship. I'll be surprised if Fickell/longo get to that level any time soon but I guess we'll see.
