I wonder if you can make homemade smashburger fries with them.

Drizzled with olive oil, some garlic, rosemary or parsley I think it was.

It really is a gamechanger. Just adds that little bit extra flavor that adds another dimension.

Yea I usually have 1 dinner a week with a prime ribeye and make a huge meal out of it. I chose tonight lol.

Smashburger fries looked good, never tried them since the one near me closed.

But from what it looks like with the copycat recipes:
INGREDIENTS

2-4 Russet Potatoes 2 large or 4 medium sized
1 1/2-2 Tbsp canola oil
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt

Oh okay I didn't know there was a place called smash burger. That's why I was confused.

Those look good af though. Will try those soon. I have 2 more large russet potatoes from a coworker's garden I have to eat. Will post thread with them.

But from what it looks like with the copycat recipes:

Cast Iron. Seared both sides, took the steak off and let the pan cool a bit. Then added it back with butter, garlic, shallots and tarragon and basted it for about 2-3 minutes until 125 degree internal.

Thanks boyo. The air fryer is king for making fries outside of frying them.

Yea I used some Ghee for the sear. I usually either use Ghee or Beef tallow at this point for my searing. Allergic to avocados so can't use avocado oil like a lot of people use.
