I honestly don't even care about the Marc Rich thing. Wasn't the core of his argument that he had believed he surrendered his US citizenship when he became a citizen of Spain, but the courts here said that was untrue and that he owed income tax anyway?

From the stand, Ellison had to look around the courtroom for nearly 30 seconds before identifying Bankman-Fried.
