The US is a weak divided society; limited by both internal divisions and huge budget defecits.

In that time we have seen the proliferation of ATGM and drone warfare; both of which have been heavily adopted and pioneered by Iran their primary sponsors and military trainers. Hezbollah have also gained experience in the Syrian civil war.

Iran has also been heavily invovled in the Ukraine war where they have learned advanced lessons in modern warfare; all lessons learned that can be transmitted to Hezbollah.

Israel on the contrary have no meaniingful combat experience and rely on old fashioned doctrines. Furthermore their primary benefactor has spent a lot of their budget and weaponry supporting Ukraine. Israel has also given significant amount of their artillery arsenal to Ukraine.

Both the US and Israel are the weakest they've been for a long time.

I would not underestimate Hezbollah. They have the full-fledged support of a Nation-state (Iran) and access to weapons, resources, intelligence, training, etc that Hamas doesn't have. Hezbollah also has widespread reach all around the world with sympathizers and supporters. If Israel or US (or both) go after Hezbollah in earnest, they will have to take on Iran as well (since Iranian military personnel are mixed in with Hezbollah).
