Anyone else disappointed that no developer has made a true

Long time ago played a submarine simulator that was realistic down to the time you had to spend. BRB spending 2hrs stalking a ship and then setting up the shot where you had to do real calculations game was hard AF and slow AF. If you went for a big target like a Aircraft Carrier it was a suicide mission as you would be in range of sub hunters when you released the tor****s and they went nuts dropping charges on you.

World War 1 & World War 2 games are so uninspired and incredibly boring.

Devs that aren't creative enough to do something futuristic, or modern, default to boring past wars.

Matter of opinion. I prefer historic settings than fiction futuristic ones my self.

When I was a kid, there was a hobby store that had an old Midway 1943 arcade that I remember playing. Very difficult game, always got smoked.
