This whole thing reeks of Israel wanting to legitimize genocide in the eyes of the rest of the world, and I say genocide because it's clear that's what's really the intention here:

This attack screams false flag by Israel. Maybe false-flag isn't the right word, but the govt knew it was happening and let it happen anyway. This is exactly what a far-right strongman like Netenyahu needed.

Mossad doesn't give a fukk about people's lives, they will sacrifice a few pawns to take out a queen. These are the guys who sex-trafficked 11yo children to be repped on Epstein Island in order to compromise some power brokers. Like if they get a couple hundred Israeli citizens tortured and beheaded, but in turn they can bulldoze the Gaza strip with a column of tanks, they are willing to make that deal.

Attack or not, the Gaza situation is unsavable. It's way overpopulated. Israel controls its water supply. It's uninvestable as the front line of a warzone. It is just never going to be a functional state. Israel holds all the cards and sees Palestine as an existential threat, so I am not sure why they haven't wiped it out already. Maybe that's what they are working on here.

The truth of the world is some people are born in ****ty areas/****ty circumstances. Its hard to know what any of us would do in that situation. A big problem is a lot of the Islamic fundamentalists in that area have no desire for a peaceful/normal/harmonious life with Israel.

They literally want to kill the Jews and they want war/conflict until they 'win'. Israel really can't do much with them because if they go soft and attempt to integrate them into society. Terrorist attacks will increase/their civilians will be killed.

Its a hard call. I'm sure the majority of them are good people that just want to live a normal life. With that said. Islam is a two headed beast. Some people that are followers of that faith are absolutely brutal and bloodthirsty. I have no doubt if they could they'd kill every Jewish man, woman, and child they could get their hands on. Flip the script. Israel could easily kill every single Palestinian man, woman, and child if they chose to do so. They clearly aren't as aggressive/bloodthirsty.

Valid theory. The problem is it would rely on Islamic leaders in Iran and Hammas deciding to help Israel out by giving them a reason to commit genocide.... It just doesn't make sense as a conspiracy.

And the conspiracy that Israel knew about the attacks before and and allowed it to happen might hold some weight. But at the same time its a very risky play. They could take a L in this situation or get drawn into a conflict that tears their nation apart (literally). They are surrounded on all sides. The US is an ally. But we have relatively weak leadership right now. They can't be certain of the outcome.

Start walking towards Egypt. Israel is telling them to evacuate. Enough people pile up in the desert and their will be foreign aid coming in for the refugees. These people would be legitimate refugees at that point.

gate to Egypt is closed due to airstrikes. Egypt sent military to ensure gate is not breached. There is no humanitarian corridor.

yeah, don't think it's false flag. Think timing of attack was to disrupt normalization of relations between Saudis and Israel. Not sure if Israel knew in advance, but either way it plays to their (Israeli govt) desires.

Israel controls everything: fuel (electric), food, water. So yeah, they have all the cards. Don't know what the solution is, but keeping innocent people penned up and controlling their lives just breeds more hate.

Yes but if a mass of refugee's line up in the desert to evacuate a literal war zone humanitarian organizations will step up and get them out.

I would not remain in Gaza with my family.

Obviously Islamic nations should step up and take the majority (if not all) of them.

It shouldn't be the responsibility of predominantly Christian nations to import individuals that want to usurp them & their way of life.

For some strange reason there is this idea that Europeans/Americans/Canadians should be responsible for importing people en-mass that do not align with their cultural/religious values.

The IDF announced on Saturday it would allow people to move south “for their own safety” on specified streets of Gaza from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. local time, according to a statement shared by the IDF’s Arabic spokesperson Avishay Adraee on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Wat do is that they can all go out into the Sinai desert and die, according to top Israeli minds who TOTALLY want nothing but the best for Gazan people.

Also, they can’t come into Israel, they all have to go through Egypt.

Either that, or they can go into the sea.

BRB, using Hamas attack as pretense to create final solution for Gaza.

We should be clear in pointing out that while Hamas is a vile Muslim organization the failure of the Israeli security apparatus is nothing short of jaw dropping.

Israel restricts the right of its citizens to keep and bear arms. I read three distinct accounts of the father of the household killing terrorists and repelling additional attacks because they had access to a rifle.

For the Israeli government to continue its policy towards private firearms ownership is a travesty.

Had Israel adopted the Swiss model of a rifle and 500 rounds in every home this wouldn’t have been anywhere near as bad.

Then it’s whatever bizarre military posture they had. Outposts with few soldiers, a single tank at the Gaza fence. Why were there so few soldiers at these outpost? Why were there no belt fed weapons systems at the points of entry?

We shouldn’t ignore Israeli incompetence. Hamas should be destroyed but my God what a cluster **** on the Israeli side.

I'd choose option 1, and then instead of having all of my "country's" resources go to lame rockets and glider attacks I'd take advantage of the amazing location on the Eastern Med to be a resort destination.

The "Palestinians" have gone from having this:

to having this:

Keep in mind they don't even control the entirety of the orange sector in the east.

This is what happens when you choose war over peace and lose, over and over and over again.

Please stop being naive, Israeli intelligence knew this was gonna happen and let it happen. To say they didn't know is equivalent to saying the US didn't know Pearl Harbor was gonna happen. Or the British didn't know Coventry was gonna get flattened in an air raid.

This is the pretext they need to strike Iran.

Also, and to hammer home what a great deal the original partition was, the giant triangular section in the south of the country was a desert wasteland in 1948 that the Israelis have made semi-arable over the last 70 years.
