This is the pretext they need to strike Iran.
Oh the Mossad knew. They allowed it to happen to see if it could result in Bibis removal from office and kill judicial reform. The chief of the Mossad basically said as much a while back.

Using it to strike Iran now is silly as Iran is likely on high alert.

pretty much same. Not much in the world effects me, except rising prices. Working on being self-sustaining. Need to get my garden going. I can hunt on my property.

Iran can also get fuct. Saudi Arabia isn’t going to normalize any relations with Israel and have opted to deal with Iran instead.

Surely the Jews knew they’d lose talks with the saudis? Maybe they didn’t care or expected they weren’t going to accept thrm as Allie’s anyway?

For the Israeli government to continue its policy towards private firearms ownership is a travesty.

Had Israel adopted the Swiss model of a rifle and 500 rounds in every home this wouldn’t have been anywhere near as bad.

Then it’s whatever bizarre military posture they had. Outposts with few soldiers, a single tank at the Gaza fence. Why were there so few soldiers at these outpost? Why were there no belt fed weapons systems at the points of entry?

We shouldn’t ignore Israeli incompetence. Hamas should be destroyed but my God what a cluster **** on the Israeli side.
heard they moved most of the Gaza side forces over to the Wesr Bank to deal with illegal settlement situation, and provide security for a member of parliament who decided to steal some land there.

but yeah, mossad def failed. Was listening to former IDF intel woman talking about it and she was... shocked at the failure, and response time.

I thought they were allowed, actualy encouraged to keep arms. huh, seems like they would.
I'd choose option 1, and then instead of having all of my "country's" resources go to lame rockets and glider attacks I'd take advantage of the amazing location on the Eastern Med to be a resort destination.

The "Palestinians" have gone from having this:

[img]https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/bd/UN_Palestine_Partition_Versions_1947.jpg[/ img]

to having this:

[img]https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/5/5d/Israel_Gaza_West_Bank_Locator.png?Israel%E2%80%93P alestine_relations1150843478[/i mg]

Keep in mind they don't even control the entirety of the orange sector in the east.

This is what happens when you choose war over peace and lose, over and over and over again.
How do you take advantage of that when you're blockaded on all sides?
You realize 94% of the population weren't alive for that first map? Like half the pop is under 18. Vast majority were born into the situation and have little, if any, power to change it.

If you were in Gaza and waited this long to leave, it's game over anyway. Anyone with means there at any point should have left.

There is no winning this game - and trying to play it is a waste of a life. I know some Arab Christians that left Palestine for the States, many years ago. Now they get to freely protest in NYC.

Same game, different parameters.

Definitely. Being self-sustaining in the coming times is going to be really valuable. That and being somewhere with some kind of community. Those are getting harder to find.

I’ve been sourcing my meats from some local farmers. I just bought a half cow. I’d love to be able to hunt but have never done it before and don’t know **** about it. I am friendly with some coworkers who have offered to take me along so I can learn.

We have a decent garden going, I’m terrible at it but the wife is decent. We’ve been aiming to purchase most of our groceries from the farmers market. Pretty much just getting kids snacks at the store.

I know private firearm ownership there is highly restrictive. Very much dependent on location (an actual settlement etc).

I read that only about 2% of citizens their own firearms.

Yes I keep seeing more and more former Israeli intelligence officials sort of aghast and shocked at the failure. Again can’t help but wonder if they knew and there is a larger agenda in place.

From researching the modern history of the conflict I’ve realized there is no solution. The mistakes were already made. Israel should have expelled the Gazans to the Sanai when they returned it to Egypt. Likewise they should have encouraged Arabs to leave the West Bank.

They did neither because the truth is Israel was originally intended to be a communist country. They didn’t want to lose potential workers. That’s it.

Edit: I hate to say this because historically it is Jewish land. But when the Jews took it in the 1900s they should have paid attention to American history and why we don’t have issues with our Natives….If you’re going to conquer land you have to go all the way.

Agree 100%. Those nations don't want them, though.
