Have you noticed a shift on the topic of immigration?

Since the attacks in Israel I've heard a lot of people say multiculturalism has been a failure.

But all those people were on the right with the exception of Henry Kissinger.

Has there been a shift from the elites, politicians, jews or leftists on this issue?
