GOO is generally pretty good.
Seatard is very hit or miss, and seems to lead heavily towards miss.
Phil has some potential to be a decent poster, but like you said, he's very partisan and his trolling attempts are extremely low effort and tedious. It's not even remotely clever and is just cringe.

I would add meteoins. z4 and isingmodel can actually discuss chit, tho they get trolly and TDS.

Basically any dem over the age of 35-55 who hasn't hopped the woke train is pretty decent. Below that age, idealistic TDS morons with their hand out, over that age seem to not give a fuk about the current middle class/working class situation and are dyed in the wool liberals going along with the party line lockstep with whatever CNN feeds them.
