Yeah going back to using gas station maps that are always at least a couple years out of date or pre-printing directions off of mapquest just to take a 2 hour drive again sounds awesome.

thank god I got to experience the 80's/90's as a grade schooler/high-schooler. This life wasn't a total waste. It's all but certain we will never see perfect times like that again. F it's gotten so much worse from those peak times. Take me back.

Two important dates; 2007/8 with ******** and the smartphone getting popular and 2012 with Tinder. 2012 was probably last good year, utter clown show since then untill now.

I've been thinking lately that if you really wanted to you could recreate what it felt like to live back then by simply not using technology as much. Be more strict and get rid of most of it.

nah.....started getting chit prior to 2004 when it was all about AIM and who was putting up the coolest away message and away doing the funnest things... it was a hint of what was to come.

Crazy..

I just think of the video games, zelda, super mario 64, wave race, donkey kong 64, 1080, twisted metal for playstation

my relatives making me all these processed foods that I didnt know any better as I played them and skipped school.

the music, the shows, the toys, wrestling was peaking, sports were good.. city wasnt swarmed with 10 million immigrants yet so you felt relatively normal in school as a white person

family always seemed to be able to afford things, rent and food despite working basic jobs like waitress etc
