Only 8.9% of Americans over 15 have lifted weights in the last year....

The majority of those don't know how to lift, aren't consistent, and will look exactly the same they did the last year.

I have been all over this country. The increase in BMI is not DUE to an epidemic of bodybuilders...

BMI is a poor measure of an individuals personal health status. However, for "the population" it is valid. Even in the jacked town of DC. LOLLLLLLL
