I live in the most croc infested part of the world. My hometown is also in a more normal part of Australia, lol.


Crocs are in the tropics which is the far north. They don't live beneath the tropic of capricorn. South of this and you only see them in zoos and reptile parks. Live below the line and you don't have to worry about them.



Live north of the line, and you treat every body of water as if it has a croc in it. As nature would have it, too. If you do stupid chit around a man-eating ambush apex predator which is the largest living reptile, you deserve to be eaten and vindicate Darwin.



Really awesome to see in the flesh in their natural habitats though.
