We absolutely have more freedom than other countries in regards to expression and speech.

You can be charged in Western European countries for saying things the govenrment calls racist. In the US you can wave a literal Nazi flag in public and you’re protected under the 1st amendment

Where do you draw the line? Financially supporting Hamas (or other terrorist organizations)? That's fine, but it's already a crime. Attending anit-Israel protests? Just saying that Israel is wrong for it's internment of 2.5m Palestinians? You want to give the government the authority to regulate wrongspeak now? They’re legal residents. The 1st amendment says what the government can’t do, not what you can do. Residents also have the right to buy firearms in this country and enjoy same rights as right to remain silent and right to jury etc

The article says revoking vista's for students and workers.

A country has the right to revoke a vista for whatever reasons it sees fit... uncluding terrorist sympathizing.

For instance, if you're a student in Germany, and attending pro taliban ( or whatever) rallys, they have every right to revoke your vista and tell you to gtfo.

You don't think this is a borderline dangerous precedent to set? I'm an actual conservative...probably further right then most...I truly put more stock in the judiciary branch over anything else and I greatly champion all of our constitutional rights...in fact, my biggest issue with the left is the way they completely pervert said rights by attempting to shut down anyone who dares to appose them...they appoint themselves as judge, jury, and executioner on what is right and wrong...who is good and evil...in my opinion...it's a sad day when someone running as the president of the party who supports our rights essentially takes a page from the same party he's supposed to protect this nation from...I don't care if you support nazis, terrorists, communists, etc....my feelings should never supersede your rights to do so. That's the way it works..regardless of what side of the isle you're on or who you choose to support.
