80/20 or 90/10 principle. My strategy is to eat clean at home but then when I'm out and/or traveling I get whatever I want. What I find is it's not the one-offs that get you. It's the day-to-day things that get you.

Cholesterol came back high. I was eating steak every night. I actually am starting to like the salmon better. You have to buy good salmon though. Fresh. With skin. Air Fryer.

No I refuse to take any drugs and I don't have to. Because I can 100% turn this around in 90 days. I've replaced steak with salmon and I've added an avocado every day. I'll eat red meat when I'm out and/or traveling only. My next blood test will be in 12 months and I'm highly confident that it will be stellar.

I have 100% of control of my diet. I don't have a wife making me eat stuff. I don't have a bunch of Wagie work colleagues that want to go to lunch at Chili's and suck down bacon cheeseburgers and french fries every day.

This. I eat my homemade lunches religiously at work during the week (I say lunches, but breakfast, lunch, snacks, etc.). I'm so routine oriented, I can't even fathom doing anything different... it just doesn't cross my mind. On the weekends, I'm much more lenient. Don't pig out by any means, but I'm not having a panic attack about eating a hot dog or hamburger or whatever.

I will say I used to have broccoli every day with my weekly lunches. Had to switch to collard greens and spinach though because the broccoli left me feeling way too bloated all the time.

The promise of a visible difference in your looks in just three days may seem too good to be true, but with Dr. Perricone’s 3-Day Diet, you can experience dramatic changes in how you both look and feel. It’s even a perfect way to jumpstart the 28-Day Anti-Inflammatory Diet, helping you see a drop in weight and visible results in your skin. The plan is simple. Like, seriously simple–just follow the menu below for all three days.

THE 3-DAY DIET MENU
Eating salmon twice a day allows for the benefits of the DMAE, astaxanthin and essential fatty acids in the salmon to take effect, but if you want to mix things up a bit and give your taste buds a break, feel free to substitute poultry or tofu (but keep in mind that the essential fatty acids and antioxidants in salmon are what helps make skin appear supple, radiant and glowing).

BREAKFAST
3-egg omelet and/or 4-6 ounce grilled salmon Β½ cup cooked oatmeal (not instant) 2 inch wedge of cantaloupe or β…“ cup fresh berries No juice, coffee or toast (replace coffee with black or green tea to prevent caffeine withdrawal) 8-12 ounces spring water

LUNCH
4-6 ounces grilled salmon (or canned salmon) 2 cups green salad made with romaine lettuce or other dark, leafy greens (dress with extra virgin olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon juice) 1 kiwi fruit or cantaloupe and berries as above 8-12 ounces spring water

DINNER
4-6 ounces grilled salmon Green salad as described above Β½ cup steamed veggies (especially asparagus, broccoli, spinach; no root vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, beets, parsnips) Cantaloupe and berries 8-12 ounces spring water

BEFORE BEDTIME SNACK
1 apple 2-ounce slice of turkey breast of 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt Small handful of hazelnuts, walnuts or almonds

Try the florets packages. Much easier to digest and no bloating.

Farm raised is fine as long as it's not from places like China. Farm raised actually has higher omega-3s than wild caught. And it's much tastier.

Nobody cares Leatherface.

You're like 5' tall and 120 lbs.

Matter of fact let me see what you eat so I can know what to avoid.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.
