Surprisingly: Denmark.

Denmark is a Nordic country, but unlike Norway and Sweden, they seem to have a higher percentage of people with brunette hair and blue eyes.

When the Vikings were raiding Ireland, the Irish distinguished the Norwegian raiders from Danish raiders based on hair color:

Finngaill = light hair Vikings, these were Norwegians

Dubgaill = dark haired Vikings, these were the Danes.


France also has a high percentage of brunettes with blue and green eyes.

It's been said that Argentina is the Whitest country on earth with most of the population being Italian/Spanish/French mix. But I've watched street walking videos of Buenos Aires and honestly the people don't look like what I would classify as White (Germanic/Celtic/Slavic). They look more Mediterranean.

I've been told the southern portion of Brazil is predominantly German and 90% of the people there are blond hair blue eyes and still speak German.
