Anybody live in a basement for over a year? (Misc doctors)

Lived in a basement for 15 months while I saved for a house, the basement had small amount of mold, open insulation and might've had radon. I have no idea about the radon as I've never tested it but there were cracks in the foundation.

Now I have a consistent cough even when I'm not even sick, my health insurance is **** and I don't wanna spend $5000 on the co-pay to have coverage for diagnostics.. Anyone else come out of the basement with lungs kinda ****ed? Maybe I sold out my health to get what I want, but wondering if this is guaranteed lung cancer or some **** or my lungs just working out the dust and other ****. I don't smoke at all

I've got good news and bad news. The good news is that you won't have to worry about saving money much longer...
