I get the pre sliced deli meats from sprouts that they have packaged and ready to go so I don't have to deal with the actual deli counter. Sliced turkey breast is amazing for sandwiches. But you gotta stay away from the fake processed turkey breast that taste like chemicals.

how much is it?

At stater brothers and vons **** is overpriced like $10 a lb

I go to this supermarket that always has weekly deals so I’ll get whatever on sale like roast beef or turkey pastrami etc

I always wondered who is buying all that meat at the deli. Are there people actually paying like $12 a lb for fancy bologna?

How long do those logs of meat sit there before they have to throw them out, or do they just shave off the rotten part and sell the rest. Like some giant bologna pencil sharpener type thing.

It isn't really about sliced per customer or pre-sliced imo.

It is about quality, across all deli products. Just because it is in the deli counter does not necessarily make it better than a pre-sliced product in a package srs.
