I purchased it and watched it twice.

The pros: Rich gives good advice about ignoring people who say you’ll never accomplish your goals.

The cons: one theme of this documentary is that the younger generations don’t have the drive the golden age and 80s and 90s bodybuilders had, which I think is divisive.

In all these documentaries they say how dedicated the main guy is, in this case Rich Gaspari. They talk about how much drive he had, it would be funny if just once they said the guy wasn’t dedicated and they were surprised he won.
