Stock Market about to crash tomorrow.
Futures looking red after NASDAQ dumped 300 points today. Probably a good day to buy some Puts.

Reminder that the stock market performance has non direct impact on final demand, labour markets or output in the real economy
And barely has any impact on capital allocation
So who phukkin cares

Here's the deets.
SPY is at a P/E of 23. At current returns, it would take 23 years to repay your investment with Fortune 500 profits.
30 year Treasury bonds are yielding 5.11%. Meaning they guarantee that they will pay your investment back in 19 years with interest payments.
Stocks are a higher-risk asset than US government bonds, and should be trading at a discount relative to them, with a P/E under 19.
So SPY has about another 20% to drop before it reaches a fundamentally sound level. That would put a fair market value for SPY, relative to bonds, in the 330s.
Cliffs: There is an alternative to stocks for the first time in 15 years. 2010s BTFD rules no longer apply. You should buckle the fukk up.

Yeah futures look pretty awful. Not gonna like, I thought things would start turning down in the spring, and that was because I wasn't looking at enough. Macro data is definitely turning sour now. What's happened with Treasuries is a pretty strong indicator of rough seas ahead.

Pretty much do the opposite of what forums like this, reddit, 4chan are predicting.

Government spending is surely part of it, likely as well are all the wage increases coming through in the data and those wage increases aren’t over yet — many unions are still negotiating contracts, who knows what further labor market craziness might pop up over the next year or two.
US Govt is pumping an insane amount of money into a lot of stuff, Infrastructure and Investment Act + CHIPS Act + Inflation Reduction Act
Insane amount of onshoring happening, de-risking from places like China / Russia / Iran / North Korea
All of this is inflationary.
