I think for your bodyweight doing 3 plates for 5 is considered world class. Are there really people doing pullups with 4 plates weighing 165?

Mirin site

I just started lifting again after like a year off which is why I’m 165 lol. I could bulk faster but I’m curious to see ho strong I can get around this bodyweight and how my physique will look. 4 plates at 165 is def world class, I’d be happy with 4 plates at 180 and I think I can acheive that

I wanna get a wide and thicc AF back, so I’m focusing more on getting my row up, that’s been my weak point forever. Doing t bar rows atm
