Delivering for UPS/FedEx/Whatever other carrier. People expect packages and deliveries to arrive and YOU, the delivery guy, absolutely need to do something about it when it doesn't show up! I had to deal with some twat middle aged couple that blew up on me and my driver once because the box was in bad shape. However the insides were intact so everything should be OK, right? Nah, the box is destroyed -- take it back! Give me your name, I'm calling your manager! I'm not even going to try and open it!

She went nuts and claimed it was a crime, and her son isn't an adult till he turns 21.
I just replied, "Okay." The she got pissed and told me to get the **** out.

As far as business service dealings, I'd go with the silver/precious metals market. It's pretty much across the board dominated by predatory sociopathic scumbag buyers, sellers, and silver stackers who will all rob their own family members blind, never mind each other.
Rule #1 if ever dealing in this racket is NEVER TURN YOUR BACK ON ANYONE.
