You Guys Said I Was Too Old For Professional Boxing

I’m 33

Yet Francis just did 4 months of training at age 37 and beat the heavyweight champion of this generation. You could argue he has MMA experience but still in terms of boxing he’s Damn near a newbie. All I have to worry about is my conditioning

Let that sink in, you could be talking to the future heavy weight champion of the world

I’ve done some training before when I was young, so I’m not completely new.

And yeah but MMAs rarely translate well to boxing, he obviously was not expected to be at professional standard level.

Just admit it, I could be the future heavyweight champion. I told yall im strong as fuk and basically a 33 YO Mike tyson, I’m genuinely a 2.0 version of Francis that nobody has even discovered yet

Im not saying you cant do it. But nig youre no francis. That mf worked sandmines and got beat the fk up first 15yrs of his life. Then he spent year survivign in the streets traveling through deserts getting left for dead by bordel patrol, repeated that chit 7 times or smth.. If you put a man like that against anybody at his size. Theres always chance he wins.
And francis started out boxing in france, and wanted to be a boxer them got dragged into mma.

I even got my money against jones. But francis & jones in a room fight for death francis comes out alive. Just a different breed, tyson got a hit of that immigrant mentality.

Exactly, there are only so many ways to throw a punch and most MMA gyms mix boxing or Muay Thai in their training anyway

Yeah Francis was just different bro, they need to turn this story into a movie, it’s actually insane. Fury tried everything, he tried leaning on him to make him tired but Francis was just too damn strong.

But back to me, my story is crazy too, me and Francis are cut from the same cloth, we’ve been through torment and we’re gifted, all I want is just a shot at the heavy weight title, I know I can beat these ******

He is still an active mma fighter

4 months of boxing specific training would have been normal training to him

Go do 1 fight & see if you up for it ive had multiple.
Last time i was laying out the worst situations i saw, where mfs was crying at the locker room post fights. They couldnt talk because their head hurt too much.
Its ruthless game.

What height & weight rn? Strength too.

Id srs go to lower weightclasses. To avoid damage & have a mad reach advantage. I had 193cm reach when i was in juniors, most had 175ish if that.
Once you with the big bois, 3 rounds of going full blast leaves a dent that helmet dont mean chit.

Im hungry to get in the ring bro, I can take the pain. I need to find a club and join

I’ve started lifting again as of 2 Weeks ago so I’m like 168lbs at 5’11 (lol) but I’m very very slowly bulking back up. I agree, I think it would be wise to start in the lower classes and then mog the heavyweight once I’m ready.

Watch amateurs & spar with active amateurs.
Dont bulk up cut down
Fuk that, 5'11. Go 67kg, you got that real ****** reach? Then go 70k

But yeah hit it with the amateurs, because only watching pro gives u a distorted view. Amateurs is a **** show brawl 9/10.

There already is a movie about an underdog who comes from poverty to almost beat the heavyweight champion of the world. It's very popular and Sylvester Stallone stars as the main actor.

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

Your alls comments is Aiken to someone who does not speak Cantonese sitting down listening and watching two Chinese people hVe a conversation and playing a game they have no experience with and thinking they know what is being said and not just what is being done but why it's being done.

As far as 33 goes.no that's not too old if you want to do i and actually train and learn then go for it.

Whole new ball game though when you walk into a gym knowing you are going to get punched in the face and body 50+ times a day.

Enjoy.

Yeah you right, I need to know how to handle those vicious brawls, I wanna work on my defence game hard. I just wanna work on becoming skilled at this chit.

67kg? ****** I’d be so malnourished. I feel weaker the lower my bodyweight goes. I had ab veins EVERYWHERE at 162lbs, at 147lbs you’d see my skeleton, I can’t go lower than 160

You train legs? Thought about switching to strict cardio & upper body strength/athlethic performance?
If you got huge legs, what u need them in boxing for? I mean a little. But not much.
At 5'11, wich is 178cm?you could probably walk around at 75kg eazy, then cut to 67.

even when I WASNT lifting my body didn’t wanna go under 160lbs and like I said I had ab veins everywhere and miscers estimated my Bodyfat around 9/10% very lean. I don’t think I can get that weight unless I cut a lot of water and chit and I think I’d feel exhausted and malnourished

I train legs yeah, I think having powerful legs helps and is often overlooked, makes you more explosive and we saw the importance of being strong yesterday by Francis, he could hold the weight of fury and not get tired

Yeah man then you gotta take the route of being a shorter stockier fighter.
Idk **** about that. All i know is when you got reach advantage & you good outsude, just stay sharp. But as the smaller guy you gonns have to get crafty.
I got mauled by a manlet on my last fight though. It was a higher weight class & adults. Everytime i threw he was inside slsmming. Felt like bricks.
I was like na after that. I was washed up though by then lmao
