A couple of weeks ago, I made a thread about how Cenk Uygur of the Young Turks is running for President even though he's not a natural born citizen.

I railed against the idea of a foreigner thinking they can qualify for the Presidency.

But now, after some reflection, I'm starting to wonder if it might be a good idea for the US if we had a devout Muslim President.

What if we amend our Constitution to specifically state that Naturalized Citizens can be President?

In that scenario, what if Palestinian Rashida Tlaib becomes President, would this be good for the US?

I am ashamed to say that yes I did. But it was because McCain was openly a warmonger and, even back in 2008, I was already sick of these forever wars that taxes us but doesn't benefit the American people.

15 years later, we're still funding forever wars and our roads and freeways are still falling apart. And we still don't have a border wall.


But in retrospect, neither Obama nor McCain technically should have been allowed to be president because Obama was born in Kenya and McCain was born in Panama.

What if we had an ethnic Palestinian, Syrian, or Lebanese President who is a devout Muslim and was born in the Middle East?

As crazy as this sounds, I think that might be a good thing for the West and for the world order.

I don’t blame you. I wasn’t old enough to vote yet in ‘08 or ‘12 but I probably would’ve ended up voting for Obama (maybe less likely the 2nd time). The man had a powerful silver tongue offering hope in a painful era. Plus McCain running on a literal continuation of the Bush Administration’s endless war policies was the most potato fkin thing he could’ve done. Why the GOP ran a typical “America last” Neocon when their younger and more charismatic sitting president had a 28% approval rating is something I’ll never understand. They should’ve nominated Ron Paul and restored this country’s allegiance to the constitution instead of selling us out to the globalists, yet here we are.

Speaking of which, yes, only natural born Americans should be eligible for the Oval Office. I said the same thing even when Ted Cruz was running. He was born in Canada to a Cuban dad. He shouldn’t be allowed. Cenk is not allowed either, but I wouldn’t be surprised if one day they shred that section of the constitution and allow a foreigner to run America. I guarantee if they could’ve gotten away with it, they would have nominated Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2012 or 2016 and he would’ve won in a landslide. Then he would’ve gone along with every globalist agenda his puppet masters gave him. Thank God Trump spoiled their plans even if only temporarily…

Doesn't matter, McCain was born in Panama, he shouldn't have been allowed to run. But if Obama (Kenya born) is allowed to be President then I don't see why Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar shouldn't be allowed.
