No and that's not what's reported in this study.

Just more bad science, just like the Covid vaccine studies. Just because you got a pHD and call your self a scientist doesn’t mean your smart.

Didnyoumkiss the COVID reports

BLM could gather in crowds and were immune from Covid

Same with high Cholesterol, only whites should alter their diets. Blacks can eat what they want. Anything else would be racism. It’s in the report

The study in the OP is about type 2 diabetes and red meat consumption. Neither covid nor BLM are mentioned in the paper.

Socialism and communism, along with anything else associated with leftism, does not have any demand. The demand must be manufactured and forced on to the people. The propaganda usually only works on the youth, and a few other weak minded groups. This creates the political environment to coerce, a.k.a., create a dictatorship.

I was just wondering if you were gonna follow up on how academics do intentionally bad research to get rich, with some kind of support/evidence

Nobody has any respect for you and your covid bug chasing phaqqotry, so if the mood hits me to relate something and "put it on you" for whatever reason, then...

I will.

So by what biochemical reactions is eating lots of red meat itself supposed to lead to type 2 diabetes?
Crickets. No explanation.

Reminds me of the claims years ago about high fat diets causing heart disease, but that was never proven. Data from multiple countries that didn't fit that hypothesis was excluded. And a biggie for those decades ago when smoking was more common it turned out people who ate lots of red meat were also a lot more likely to smoke than people who ate little red meat. A coinciding more common behavior (smoking) was almost certainly the root cause, and of course excluding almost half of the data collected because it didn't fit the hypothesis = junk science. But it's what created the high sugar, no/low fat food craze, and saw obesity rapidly grow immediately.

The study used multi-variate analysis and proportional hazard models in deriving an association between red meat and diabeetus.

Which would mean they've adjusted for obesity and lifestyle. Scientists are actually aware FYI that if you don't account for random noise your studies are kind of worthless, and it wouldn't pass peer reviews.

Of course, I doubt that will prevent any of the cultists chanting " ZEE JOOZ!" or "MUH PHARMA" or some other sort of ludicrous conspiracy that some evil entity is in control of "science", but hopefully it makes one person think an d consider the study.
Back off, Warchild.

But they didn't. You can see in the data tables they did a pisspoor job of adjusting for lifestyle and other dietary factors. It's surprisingly bad.

They conditioned on those variables and reported the effects from those adjusted models.
