gotta pick a system where the games came in cartboard boxes since these were thrown out a lot lol (srs)

so NES, SNES, N64 or GB

I wouldn't, PC crew.

But if I had to... probably Steam Deck. I WFH and rarely travel so I'd just hook it up to a TV or monitor 99% of the time. Largest library (over 10k titles verified, and you can emulate games on it), decent enough teraflops, better performance than a Switch, convenient when you do actually travel.
