Olive pil, bacon grease and real butter are your healthiest alternatives.

Just can't go over board on the bacon grease. But saturated fats are essential to one's health and olive oil if you use it to fry takes away l its health benefits , you can't use it over low/ medium heat and real butter compared to.margiain which KS purr chemicals for the most part is your best bet..

Good, there are better options that don’t damage the thyroids or cause neurological problems.
