Are you playing on your ****gy little brain washing device while you should be focusing on proper form? Because if you are, then your elbows are most likely pushing into your quads, which happen to be supplying your legs with blood flow. If you were a shredded kunt, you could see this happening in real time due your diced and vascular nature, but you arent, so you are left with this guessing game of what lies beneath that layer of blubber.

I don’t and I’ll often sit for up to 30 mins. But legs falling asleep is a common problem I hear from people sitting on toilets. Are you overweight?

Nah, but if I lean forward with my elbow on my leg it makes my legs numb.

No but i recently talked to a relative where 2 family members complained of this.
Toilets have varying heights so that and the angle may be the issue.
Is it like sitting on a bar stool where you compress the blood flow to the legs?

if you are camped out on the toilet that long, put your phone down, drink more water, and eat more fiber dummy. Also, it is not normal for your legs to fall asleep...get a cardiovascular work up done asap.

Lose weight and/or stop eating junk food.
