Flex is 30%+ bodyfat. I would be surprised if he could hold himself hanging from a pullup bar for over 20 seconds. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

i cant even imagine being this weak. Imagine taking photos with your arms folded & flexing like youre a badass, meanwhile you cant even pull yourself up if you were hangin from a building.
