6 weeks since hip dislocation. Saw doc yesterday.

Said I can go about normal activity. Walking, shopping whatever. I asked about working out. He said do rehab type exercises, lightweight/body weight half rep squats. Said in six more weeks I can slowly return to my old workout routine. Said I can go back to full weighted squats and deadlifts. Go slow though. Working out now.

Doctors don't know chit about exercise bro, ignore that retard and get back to proper training asap. You need to strengthen up the muscles.

Seems he can't even do his own job, if he could that hip replacement he did wouldn't have fallen out lol.
