yeah, my grandmother on my moms side had dementia before she passed away. My parents took care of her but they also hired At Home Nursing Care to come in a couple times per week just to get her moving with physical rehab help with the bathing and whatnot. It's too late for reparations but I think if we had done it earlier, before the circumstances that contributed to black culture changing, it would've actually worked.
