What's everyone doing for teeth whitening nowadays?

Last time I brought the crest white strips they changed the design to a worse version.

Ages back misc was into ebay whitening kits which gave me mixed results, mouthguard didn't fit great.

If you want the best results with teeth whitening, they are salons with special tools they use to bleach your teeth in a day. That would be the best way to do it

Lumibrite 32% gel in trays.

For some reason though, I always do it like 3 times and my teeth get a little whiter and I decide they're good enough and stop doing it. Then like a month later I notice they aren't as white anymore, and I do it again. I really just need to stick with doing it every day for like 2 weeks, because that's what it takes for them to look great.

I've tried strips and gel + trays and found the best thing was gel + trays but getting the strongest carbamide peroxide gel you can buy without a dentist. It's like 44%. Get a kit that comes with trays you can mold to your teeth

depends on what you use. I've had 0 sensitivity issues since I've started. If you're a dumbass and use charcoal toothpaste then yeah that will fuk you up.

Yeah I gotta get on the trays again but see it through.

Did the same thing with the trays and strips, I have no patience for this chit.

IU have used the charcoal toothpaste and powder and had no sensitively issues. Also had great immediate results but obviously is not a good solution.

I will get on it too. I thought whitening toothpaste and mouth wash would do jack chit but I got in this situation from smashing coffee so I can't see how mouth wash can't improve it.

My girlfriend gets me them from the US, I am a lazy **** with using them. But I use them like twice before we had a wedding to go to and quickly I have hollywood pearly whites.

I go from british teeth yellow to american white super fast. Its nice and easier to keep my teeth white after using them with crest tooth paste
