He was already lean and muscular in the before photo. He was working with a solid base. It's possible.

I know some west africans who barely lift & mogg most juiceheads.
Team 3d alpha made a video on it, its something to do with malaria & red bloodcell count. To why west africans are so gifted for muscle.

TBH with ya, even Asians can look just as ripped if they do alot of hard outside labor, only they don't get as dark as these guys but get very golden brown.
