I'm still like 173lbs of twink, might just bulk to 195 in a month so I look juicy in clothes then i can impress my crush (coworker) at the xmas party

20lbs in a month is lot. Even with muscle memory you're probably still going to get bloated af. Women don't even care that much about size, you could bulk to 183 and she would be impressed.
