I feel low lads SRS

I haven't been laid in a while. I think that's why my mental health has been in the gutter for a while.

Any advice?

if mental health is bad i doubt getting in a fish box will help long term

You need to try valuing yourself on the actual benefits you offer the world, not on how often you get laid.

However if you're a net drag on society, fix that first.
