Also, 2 zone system. 5 ton for most the house, 1 1/2 ton for gym area. But tbh. In the summer, it struggles to hit 60* mid day while I work out. When it dies I’ll put in a 2 ton.

If they are frozen, change air filter. And check for anything else that might be restricting air flow.
Don’t use those real thick or real dense air filters either, they restrict the air too much, and cause the fan motor to burn out prematurely.
Or maybe, you just need a new thermostat.
