Hi, I am Ron, and I want to share this note with everyone. We all sometimes think bad thoughts and say and do wrong things, but God loves us and wants us to be saved. God sent his perfect Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, into the world to save our souls. Jesus paid for our wrongdoing with his blood, dying on a cross_†, and in three days Jesus rose from the dead so that we could be forgiven and so that our souls could go to Heaven after our life ends. The Lord Jesus Christ is very kind-hearted. God describes Heaven as a very beautiful and joyful place with no sickness, no pain, no suffering, and no death forever for all those who believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God and what he did for them. If anyone of you who will believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God and what he did for you, SAY, Praise the Lord Jesus. I can’t wait for this chapter of my life to be over

At least it’s only a 3 days week.

Tired of living for weekends and holidays tho.

Idk how people tolerate this, must be soulless husks or brainwashed. Spend 30-40 years sitting in an office, commuting on the same route every day... I've only been an officecel for like 3 years and only can remember a handful of days because they all blend in together.

It’s such a meaningless, miserable, pathetic fuking existence brah.

I feel like I’ve thrown my life away rotting at this windowless cubicle. The days are long, yet the weeks and months are short. I did basically nothing this weekend, but the little I accomplished (gym, spending time with my girl, trying a new restaurant) was more memorable than anything I’ve done at work in the last 6 months. I wish I knew how to make money another way. I’m so lost in life. I need an escape.

A century ago you’d be doing brutal hard labor, working in dangerous mines or be in trenches seeing your friends getting blown up.

You need a perspective change more than anything.

Get a job you like. I picked up two shifts because I love my job.

You’re not wrong, but we don’t live in the year 1900 and I don’t live in the slums of Karachi. I live in the wealthiest nation on earth and instead of enjoying the benefits of being born here, I have to throw my life away hunched over at a computer desk making the boss rich. I have no purpose in life, nor do I have any hope of ever finding one. THAT is the problem. My grandparents came over from Sicily and worked hard, bought a home, retired early. I’ll never have that luxury. I’m going to be working dead end, paycheck to paycheck office jobs for the rest of my life. The way things are going, I’ll never be able to buy a home. I’ll never have enough to support children or a family. I’ll never be able to retire. I am nothing but a wage slave and I am becoming bitter and resentful because it doesn’t have to be this way.

The spiritual sickness is western society. Men are SUPPOSED to be working labor jobs and they are SUPPOSED to be outside, manipulating their environment in a hands on, problem solving manner. Not just withering away at computers. You ever notice the kids who kick around a soccer ball in 3rd world slums are always smiling, energetic and happy? They are free.

Should be a short work week for most. Two easy days for me, layup.
