Was watching a video of Florence Italy. The Cathedral there is referred to as the Duomo.

It is probably one of the most awe inspiring spectacular buildings in the world. easily a reason just by itself to fly all the way there.

Of course there are tons of women doing sexy look at me poses in front of it so they can post it on their instagram. Do they think they can actually compare to the magnificence of that building? I found it very disrespectful. It just bugged me. Sure, you want your picture taken in front of it but to act like you are somehow the main subject of the picture just seems too much.

Several years ago i queued up for over an hour to get into the Louvre Museum & when I got in some of the people I was in the Q with literally went off like rockets, standing in front of pictures and statues and taking photos of themselves, going from one to the next in a few seconds, not even looking at the picture or statue. One of these chits tutted at me when I went to read the description of some Greek statue (explaining what it was, where it was found, etc) because i got in the way of their photo.
